Case Study: Coalbed Methane Buy and Sell Transactions
DGS frequently represents clients in large and small transactions involving coalbed methane properties across the West. For instance, the firm represented a major oil and gas company in its sale of interests in hundreds of oil and gas wells within the Southern Ute Indian Reservation. In that transaction the firm developed transactional documents that address unique coalbed methane sales issues and a state-of-the-art operating agreement that has been hailed by the parties.
