We have also defended bad faith claims.  We also work closely with our business clients to maximize their insurance recoveries, and we have extensive experience in working with our clients' comprehensive general liability insurers to obtain coverage for toxic tort and environmental liabilities.  When claims arise, we advise our clients on how they can fulfill their policy conditions and document claims to protect their coverage positions.
