DGS represents a variety of state and local governments, school districts, public universities and special authorities in litigation, audits and investigations of sensitive matters.  In addition, our employee benefits attorneys advise entities on compliance issues relating to their public employee pension plans.  We have also represented private clients in regulatory matters such as zoning disputes, land-use planning and regulatory work. In each case, we counsel our government entity clients with particular understanding of the client's public trust obligations and the media attention that the representation may encounter.
