Case Study: UIC Well Program

We represent petroleum industry clients in several matters relating to the Underground Injection Control (UIC) Well Program under the federal Safe Drinking Water Act.  We have handled UIC enforcement actions in Montana and Wyoming and have recently worked on a project involving coalbed methane produced water disposal in the San Juan Basin, as well as a proposed salt-dome gas storage project.
