Case Study: Plans for Augmentation

DGS updated and revised a comprehensive plan for augmentation for a major agricultural facility located in northeastern Colorado.  DGS attorneys successfully represented the client through Water Court adjudication proceedings and resolved issues raised by the State Engineer’s Office and objectors to finalize the plan for approval and implementation.
