Adrienne Kovac is an associate in the Finance &
Acquisitions Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where her practice
focuses on merger and acquisition transactions, securities law disclosure and
compliance, intellectual property, technology transactions, and general
corporate matters. She earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law
School, where she was a John A. Cross Memorial Scholarship recipient for
scholastic achievement. During law school, Ms. Kovac clerked for the Honorable
Kristen L. Mix of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. She
also externed with the Colorado Attorney General’s Office in the Revenue and
Utilities section. Ms. Kovac is a member of the Colorado Bar Association. She has been a mentor to entrepreneurs at startup events around Denver, including GO Code Colorado, hosted by the Colorado Secretary of State, and Techstars Startup Weekend – Women’s Edition.
Beyond her legal practice, Ms. Kovac is involved in pro bono work and is a member of the Colorado Ballet’s Backstage Barre Board.
