Amy Bowles is a senior associate in the Trial Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and white collar defense and investigations. She was previously an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York. She has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including bench and jury trials and appeals. She is also experienced in internal and government-facing investigations. Ms. Bowles’ past and current clients include companies in the technology, scientific, media, retail, and private equity spaces, and she is experienced in a wide range of substantive areas, including antitrust, contract, economic torts, employment, construction defect, and expedited M&A and bankruptcy-related proceedings. She is admitted in Colorado and New York, along with several federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
Ms. Bowles was born and raised in Denver and received her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where she served as a lead article editor for the UC Irvine Law Review. Following law school, she was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable Gene E.K. Pratter of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
