Amy Bowles is an associate in the Trial Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. She was previously an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York. There, she represented clients in a broad range of matters including antitrust, breach of contract, economic torts, employment, and expedited M&A and bankruptcy-related proceedings. She has experience in all phases of litigation, including bench and jury trials, and appeals.
Ms. Bowles received her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where she served as a lead article editor for UC Irvine Law Review. Following law school, Ms. Bowles was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable Gene E.K. Pratter of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
