Andrew Garnett is an associate in the Trial Department at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Mr. Garnett’s practice focuses on a variety of commercial litigation, including product liability, premises liability, breach of contract, fraud, and catastrophic injury. He advises clients on discovery, witness preparation, depositions, motions, and trial strategy. Mr. Garnett has successfully handled cases before state and federal courts and tried over 50 trials.
Prior to joining DGS, Mr. Garnett worked as a trial associate at a boutique litigation firm in Denver. During that period, he litigated cases across the nation involving a variety of business, insurance, and product liability matters.
Mr. Garnett is the co-founder of the Colorado Law Classic, a golf tournament supporting the Sarah L. Rector Memorial Scholarship Fund.
