Ann E. Stehling

Associate

Ann E. Stehling is an associate in the Real Estate Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where her practice focuses on commercial real estate and land use matters.

Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Stehling practiced in Texas and, most recently, served as associate counsel for the Austin office of a boutique law firm specializing in regulatory compliance and litigation. She has advised governmental bodies and businesses on a broad range of civil and administrative matters, including government investigations, regulatory compliance and risk analysis, government contracting, and policymaking. Earlier, Ms. Stehling was an associate in the Austin office of an international firm specializing in complex transactions, investments, projects, and disputes across diverse industries. There, she counseled private and emerging growth companies on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity, and corporate formation and governance.

Ms. Stehling graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and received her B.A. in Government from The University of Texas at Austin. During law school, she served as the lead articles editor for the SMU Law Review Association and was a student attorney for the Judge Elmo B. Hunter Legal Center for Victims of Crimes Against Women. She also served as a judicial extern for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and as an intern for the McAllen City Attorney’s Office.

Ms. Stehling is an active member of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association and is a member of the CWBA Convention Committee.
