David L. Kuosman is a partner in the Real Estate Group of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Mr. Kuosman has a diverse client base of local entrepreneurs and national institutional real estate owners. He has extensive experience representing clients in all stages of commercial real estate transactions throughout the U.S., including development, leasing, acquisitions, land use approvals, resale, and foreclosures. Mr. Kuosman’s expertise also extends to advising landowners, land trusts, and governmental entities in over 70 open space and land conservation transactions.
Prior to joining DGS, Mr. Kuosman was a partner in the Boulder office of an international law firm. There, he provided strategic counsel and pragmatic problem-solving to help clients achieve essential business objectives across a range of commercial real estate enterprises including those involving multi-tenant office space, retail, industrial, and warehouse leasing. Mr. Kuosman has also served as a partner at two national law firms where his practice primarily focused on commercial real estate matters.
Mr. Kuosman received his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and his M.B.A. and B.S. from the University of Colorado. During law school, he was the associate editor for the J.D. Law Review. He is currently a member the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
