Erin Turban Miller
Erin Turban Miller is an associate in the Finance & Acquisitions Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Her practice focuses on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital financings, the formation of private investment funds and family offices, and corporate governance. She also serves as outside corporate counsel to local privately-held companies (from startup to large middle market).
Ms. Miller has represented pro bono clients in housing and immigration matters. She has also tutored elementary and high school students through Citizen Schools and Minds Matter in Boston and at University Preparatory Charter School in Denver. She currently serves on the advocacy committee for Girls Inc. of Metro Denver.
Before joining DGS, Ms. Miller practiced in the Private Equity Transactions Group at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Colorado.
Ms. Miller received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she was the grants editor of the Berkeley Business Law Journal and worked as a volunteer advocate in the California Asylum Representation Clinic.
Ms. Miller received her A.B. in History, graduating magna cum laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa, from Bowdoin College, where she was a co-captain and member of the Women’s Varsity Swimming Team.
