Grace Diamond is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP in the firm’s Employment and Labor Group. Ms. Diamond litigates and advises clients in the areas of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unlawful discharge, unfair labor practices, employment agreements, noncompetition agreements, and wage and hour laws. Ms. Diamond also maintains a commercial litigation practice, which includes prosecuting and defending business-related torts and contractual disputes.
Ms. Diamond represents clients in a wide variety of industries, from publicly traded companies to small startups. She enjoys helping small business owners and emerging companies navigate the risks associated with their workforce and strives to provide a practical, common-sense approach to solving legal problems.
Ms. Diamond received her J.D. from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Colorado. While earning her law degree, she was an associate editor of the Corporate and Business Law Journal, externed at the Arizona Supreme Court, and worked for an international telecommunications and infrastructure provider on various complex commercial litigation matters.
