Mr. Danielson has also represented oil and gas clients in administrative matters before the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission. He has generally represented oil and gas companies in workouts and bankruptcy proceedings, including acting as a Chapter 7 trustee in the liquidation of an independent oil and gas company.
Mr. Danielson is an active participant in The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law. He has served on the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee for the Foundation and co-chaired Special Institute Programs for “The Regulation and Development of Coalbed Methane” and “Development Issues & Conflicts in Modern Gas and Oil Plays”. He is also a past Chairman of the Natural Resources and Energy Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association.
