Jessica Dangoia-Crandall is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where her practice focuses on corporate transactional law across a broad range of industries and includes mergers and acquisitions and representation of both investors and companies engaging in equity financing transactions. Ms. Dangoia-Crandall also advises clients on general corporate governance matters and securities topics.

Ms. Dangoia-Crandall currently serves as a Co-Chair of the Special Projects Committee for the Colorado Lawyers Committee Young Lawyers Division Board of Directors and represents Davis Graham & Stubbs in the Coalition for Racial Equity in supporting Law School... Yes We Can! She previously served as the Vice-Chair for the Colorado Technology Association's YoPro Board. She is a member of DGS’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, the Young Lawyers’ Division of the Colorado Lawyers’ Committee, and the Denver Bar Association.

During law school Ms. Dangoia-Crandall was a summer associate in the DGS Corporate & Business Advisory Department and completed externships at the Denver District Court and the Colorado Office of Administrative Courts. Before attending law school, she worked as a paralegal at a law firm in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and as a craft cocktail bartender in Washington, DC.

  • Represented the seller of Computing System Innovations, a company providing AI solutions for court systems and related government record keepers, in its sale to Tyler Technologies Inc. (NYSE: TYL)
  • Represented the U.S. subsidiary of Obayashi Corporation, a Japanese publicly traded company, in its over $120 million acquisition of a majority equity stake in MWH US Acquisitions, a Colorado-based national water and wastewater construction project management company
  • Represented Angelina Forest Products, the operator of a lumber mill in east Texas, in connection with its 2021 acquisition by West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd. for approximately $300 million
  • Represented the sellers of Colorado-based SEAKR Engineering in the sale of its business to Raytheon Technologies
  • Represented a client in its acquisition of a Colorado-based water and wastewater treatment facility construction company
  • Represented multiple Colorado-based tech startups in Series Seed, Series A, and more advanced financing rounds
  • Represented KSL Capital Partners in its sale of the Margaritaville Hotel and Resort in Florida for $270 million
  • Represented KSL Capital Partners in its $32 million acquisition of Blue Mountain Ski Resort
  • Represented Reliance Worldwide Corporation in connection with its purchase of the EZ-FLO Corporation for $320 million
