Jessica Dangoia-Crandall is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where her practice focuses on corporate transactional law across a broad range of industries, and includes mergers and acquisitions and representation of startups and emerging growth companies with regard to both equity financing and corporate governance matters. Ms. Dangoia-Crandall also advises clients on general corporate and securities topics and commercial contracts.
Ms. Dangoia-Crandall currently serves as the Vice-Chair for the Colorado Technology Association's YoPro Board. She is a member of DGS’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, the Denver Bar Association, the Colorado Women’s Bar Association, and the Colorado LGBT Bar Association.
Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Dangoia-Crandall completed externships for the Honorable Robert L. McGahey, Jr. of the Denver District Court and Senior Administrative Law Judge Edwin Felter, Jr. of the Colorado Office of Administrative Courts. During law school, Ms. Dangoia-Crandall was a summer associate in the DGS Finance & Acquisitions Department. Before attending law school, she was a paralegal at a law firm in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
