Jessica Dangoia-Crandall is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where she assists clients with general corporate matters, real estate matters, and mergers and acquisitions transactions.

She has recently joined the Colorado Technology Association's YoPro Board. YoPro supports and creates programming for young professionals in the tech industry and is focused on developing the next generation of leaders as they navigate their careers and businesses. Through professional development and social opportunities, this advisory group contributes to the fulfillment of CTA’s mission to advance Colorado’s tech ecosystem through talent, advocacy, economic development, and community. She is a member of DGS’ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.

Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Dangoia-Crandall externed for the Honorable Robert L. McGahey, Jr. of the Denver District Court and Senior Administrative Law Judge Edwin Felter, Jr. of the Colorado Office of Administrative Courts. During law school, Ms. Dangoia-Crandall was a summer associate in the DGS Finance & Acquisitions Department. Prior to attending law school, she was a paralegal at a law firm in Jackson, Wyoming.
