Katie Brown
Associate
Katie Brown is an associate in the Trial Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Her practice focuses on employment litigation and counseling.
Ms. Brown advises clients on the full range of labor and employment issues. She litigates cases involving state and federal non-discrimination laws, wage and hour rules, trade secrets, commercial torts, and contractual non-competition and other restrictive covenants.
Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Brown worked as a legal fellow in the Employment & Labor Law Section of the Denver City Attorney’s Office. During her fellowship, she represented the City of Denver and its agencies in a variety of employment law claims, constitutional claims, and administrative appeals of disciplinary actions. During law school, Ms. Brown worked as a student attorney in DU’s Advanced Civil Litigation Clinic. She was awarded “Outstanding Student Lawyer” for her work in the clinic.
Ms. Brown currently serves as a member of the associate board of the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center. She is a graduate of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation’s Impact Denver program.
