Kellen Wittkop is an associate in the Trial Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Her practice focuses on general litigation and trial matters, including complex commercial litigation and business disputes. She has experience in class action, breach of contract, insurance indemnification, trade secret, and franchise matters.

Ms. Wittkop is an active member of the American, Colorado, and Denver Bar Associations, as well as the Colorado Women’s Bar Association. Prior to joining DGS, she was an associate at an international law firm’s Denver office, where she focused on business litigation.

Born and raised in Colorado, Ms. Wittkop graduated summa cum laude from Colorado State University with a B.A in Economics and English. She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was president and editor-in-chief of the Harvard Journal on Legislation. She also gained experience during law school as a law clerk with the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Vaccine Litigation.

Ms. Wittkop is committed to community service and maintains an active pro bono practice. During law school, she served as co-chair of the Harvard Law Tenant Advocacy Project, worked as a clinical student with the Harvard Law School Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation, and completed over 1,000 hours of pro bono service through the Harvard Office of Clinical and Pro Bono Programs. Ms. Wittkop is also a member of the Colorado Lawyers Committee Children’s Task Force and a volunteer with the Colorado Bar Association High School Mock Trial Program.

Ms. Wittkop is admitted to practice in Colorado and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
