Kyle Holter is an associate in the Trial Department at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and appeals.
Mr. Holter currently serves as corporate secretary for the Tenth Circuit Historical Society. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association.
Prior to joining DGS, Mr. Holter served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carolyn B. McHugh of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and Justice Richard L. Gabriel of the Colorado Supreme Court. He previously worked as a litigation associate at an international law firm in New York.
During law school, Mr. Holter served on the board of student advisers as a teaching assistant for legal research and writing.
