Lana L. Rupprecht
Lana L. Rupprecht is of counsel in the Employment & Labor Law Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Her practice focuses on employment counseling and litigation. Ms. Rupprecht has litigated and advised clients on a wide variety of employment law issues in both the public and private sectors, including employment discrimination and harassment, reductions in force, restrictive covenant agreements, termination and performance management, wage and hour laws, and accommodation and leave issues. She has over 15 years of experience advising businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and government entities on employment law matters.
Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Rupprecht worked for The Western Union Company as counsel in its Global Employment, Benefits, and Labor Law Group and, Global Litigation Group. She also worked for Arapahoe County as an assistant county attorney advising and litigating on all employment and labor law issues facing the county.
Ms. Rupprecht holds a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She previously attended the University of Denver for her undergraduate degree, graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in Journalism and Public Policy while minoring in Business. Ms. Rupprecht is licensed to practice law in Colorado (active) and California (inactive).
