Lauren Merrell Roberts

Lauren Merrell Roberts is of counsel at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Her practice focuses on general corporate and financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Roberts practiced corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York.

Ms. Roberts graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2007 with a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics. She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2010. During law school, Ms. Roberts was an articles editor for the Journal of Law & Technology and an intern at the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division.
