Lee J. Pannier

Of Counsel

Lee J. Pannier is of counsel in the Real Estate Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where his practice covers real estate law, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights. He was previously an associate at DGS. During that period, he assisted clients in all stages of real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, construction, and joint ventures with a particular emphasis on hospitality related transactions.

Prior to returning to DGS, Mr. Pannier was vice president and senior counsel at Alden Torch Financial LLC in Denver. There, he worked on a wide variety of real estate and partnership matters focusing on Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties. Before practicing in Colorado, Mr. Pannier was an associate at a Texas-based commercial law firm where his practice primarily focused on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights.

Mr. Pannier received his J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School, where he was the recipient of several merit-based scholarships. While earning his law degree, he was a legal volunteer at the Marquette Legal Clinic and also serving as a legal intern for the Honorable Rudolph T. Randa of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Mr. Pannier completed his final legal internship with Trinity Industries, Inc., a diversified industrial company that provides railcar products and services in North America. He earned his B.A. in History and Anthropology from The University of Texas at Austin.
