Lindsey P. Folcik

Lindsey P. Folcik is an associate in the Property Rights Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Her practice focuses on land use, eminent domain, special districts, and commercial landlord-tenant disputes. Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Folcik began her career in private practice as an associate with an international law firm. She previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Lino Lipinsky de Orlov of the Colorado Court of Appeals. As a law clerk, she researched and drafted numerous opinions on a broad range of complex civil and criminal topics.

Ms. Folcik is a member of the Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law and the Urban Land Institute. She is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association. Ms. Folcik serves on the Colorado Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Colorado Program committee.

Ms. Folcik received her J.D. from the William & Mary Law School. During law school, she served as lead articles editor for the William & Mary Law Review and earned the ABA State and Local Government Law Award in 2020. She gained legal experience as an extern for a national law firm in Williamsburg, Virginia, and as a summer associate for a Colorado-based firm specializing in a variety of business-related enterprises. Ms. Folcik received her B.A. in International Affairs and French from the University of Colorado.
