Natalie Boldt

Associate

Natalie Boldt is an associate in the Environmental & Public Lands Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. While in law school, she served as an associate editor for the Denver Law Review and as a teaching assistant for Lawyering Processes. In addition, Ms. Boldt was awarded several competitive scholarships for J.D. students committed to studying natural resources law, including the Michael and Charlene Gustafson Endowed Scholarship and a number of Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law (FNREL) scholarships.

Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Boldt gained legal experience as a law clerk for Denver Water, where she assisted with research and writing for the Office of General Counsel in a variety of its practice areas including environmental law, property rights, litigation, and employment topics.

Before going to law school, Ms. Boldt was an environmental, health, and safety (EHS) professional for PDC Energy, Inc. where she initially focused on air quality and later specialized in general EHS compliance, key performance indicators, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting.

Ms. Boldt earned her B.S. in Environmental Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
