Nicole K. Rushovich is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where her practice has an emphasis on environmental law and litigation.
Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Rushovich was an attorney at another business law firm headquartered in Denver. There, she represented clients in civil cases across a broad range of practice areas, including land use, natural resources, and employment disputes, as well administrative investigatory proceedings. Earlier, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Ted C. Tow III and as a law clerk intern for the Honorable Rebecca Freyre, both of whom are on the Colorado Court of Appeals.
In 2018, Ms. Rushovich received her J.D. from the Boston University School of Law. During law school, she worked as a summer associate and was a legal intern, first at the Wilderness Society in Denver and then at the Office of the Solicitor in the Department of the Interior in Boston, where she was responsible for researching environmental law issues. Ms. Rushovich also holds a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Ms. Rushovich recently joined the Colorado Bar Association’s Environmental Law Section Advisory Council.
