Ryan G. Wilcox

Ryan G. Wilcox is a senior associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where his practice has a broad emphasis on commercial real estate transactions in Colorado and nationwide. He maintains a diverse transactional real estate practice encompassing acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, construction, and financing for hospitality, office, residential, retail, recreational, industrial, and mixed-use projects, including historic preservation and adaptive reuse. Mr. Wilcox also advises clients on corporate transactions and provides extensive pro bono representation related to historic structure preservation and land conservation.

Mr. Wilcox currently serves as a trustee on the Colorado Historical Foundation Board of Trustees and the Historic Denver Board of Trustees. In 2023, Mr. Wilcox participated in the Downtown Denver Partnership Leadership Program. He has been named among the Best Lawyers in the area of Real Estate law since 2021 and has been recognized as a Colorado Rising Star by Thomson Reuters since 2020.

Outside the practice of law, Mr. Wilcox is actively involved in community organizations, such as Food Bank of the Rockies. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter exploring the Colorado wilderness.
