Ryan G. Wilcox

Ryan G. Wilcox is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where his practice has a broad emphasis on commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining DGS, Mr. Wilcox worked in the Colorado offices of two other firms. There, he maintained a diverse transactional real estate practice encompassing the purchase and sale of real property; office, industrial, and retail leasing; the development of office, residential, and apartment projects; creating common interest communities; corporate transactions; financing transactions on behalf of both lenders and borrowers; historic preservation easements and financing; and various real estate related litigation matters. Mr. Wilcox does extensive pro bono representation related to historic structure preservation and land conservation.

In 2016, Mr. Wilcox received his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. During law school, he completed several externships, including at the Trust for Public Land. Mr. Wilcox also holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business. Mr. Wilcox currently serves on the Colorado Historical Foundation Board of Directors. Since 2021, he has been named among the Best Lawyers in the area of Real Estate law and was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Colorado Super Lawyers since 2020.

Outside the practice of law, Mr. Wilcox is actively involved in community organizations, such as Food Bank of the Rockies and the Denver Dumb Friends League. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter exploring the Colorado wilderness.
