Ryan P. Mahoney

Ryan Patrick Mahoney is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where his practice focuses on corporate transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and general corporate matters. He previously practiced in Northern California and, most recently, in the Denver office of an international law firm. He has experience in conducting due diligence and drafting agreements on mergers and acquisitions, including public company transactions. He has also counseled public, private, and emerging growth company clients on securities law compliance, corporate governance, and other transactional matters.

Mr. Mahoney received his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and his B.S. in Finance from Santa Clara University. During law school, he participated in the 1L Summer Honors Program with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Denver. He also served as a legal intern at Ball Corporation, a Fortune 500 company.

Mr. Mahoney is a member of the Denver Zoo Young Professionals Group, HERD and the Denver Athletic Club Young Professionals Group. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association of Santa Clara University.
