Alisha J. Turak Joins DGS As an Associate

Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Alisha J. Turak has joined the firm’s Finance & Acquisitions Department as an associate. Her practice will continue to have an emphasis on representing both lenders and borrowers in a range of financing transactions.

Previously, Ms. Turak served as a covenant analyst for Reorg Research, Inc. in Denver. There, she analyzed companies’ debt structures and produced reports on notable covenant issues. Prior to that and after her departure from Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York, Ms. Turak practiced corporate law at another Denver firm.

Ms. Turak is currently admitted in Colorado and New York. She holds a B.A. from Bowdoin College and a J.D. from Columbia Law School. During law school, she received the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize and was named a James Kent Scholar.
