DENVER - April 24, 2014 - Andrea Baron has joined the Finance & Acquisitions Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP as an associate. Ms. Baron focuses her practice on investment management and securities law. She regularly counsels investment advisers, registered investment companies and unregistered investment vehicles, including private equity and hedge fund complexes.
Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Baron worked as an associate at Dechert LLP in Washington DC. She graduated cum laude with a B.A. from George Washington University in 2007 and earned her J.D. and LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2010.
Ms. Baron is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York. She is not presently licensed in Colorado but her application for admission is pending.
