DENVER – MAY 16, 2014 – Marissa Britton has joined the Finance & Acquisitions Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP as an associate. Ms. Britton’s practice will focus on tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, foreign income taxation, natural resources taxation, and partnership taxation.
Before joining DGS, Ms. Britton practiced as an associate with a large firm in Dallas. Ms. Britton received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law in 2010 and also received her Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business in 2004. She graduated summa cum laude from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2002, where she received her B.B.A. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Britton was a financial analyst for EnCana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc. in Denver.
