Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is proud to announce that Co-Managing Partner Kristin Lentz has been named one of four “Raising the Bar” honorees by the Colorado Women’s Bar Association Foundation (CWBAF). Ms. Lentz was recognized at an event last night at the Hyatt Regency Denver – Colorado Convention Center.
Each year, CWBAF honors women lawyers who have made a difference in the community and “raised the bar” for all in the profession. The theme for 2022 was “Women Who ‘Manage’ to Raise the Bar: Honoring Managing Partners.” The accolade celebrates those women attorneys who have distinguished themselves as managing partners of law firms while also paving the way for women leaders who will follow in their footsteps.
Now in her second term as DGS co-managing partner, Ms. Lentz also maintains a thriving practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt financing transactions, and public company securities compliance. She often serves as outside corporate counsel to both public and private companies in a broad range of industries.
