DENVER - JANUARY 7, 2016 - Erin Murphy has joined the Trial Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP as an associate. Ms. Murphy's practice will focus on commercial litigation and litigation counseling in the fields of natural resources, energy, public lands, and environmental law.
Ms. Murphy has extensive experience representing clients in the energy and natural resources industries, advocating for clients ranging from Fortune 50 public companies to small privately-owned operators and service providers. Her work includes briefing to various district courts in Wyoming and Colorado, the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Wyoming, Colorado, Oklahoma, and New Mexico, and the Wyoming Supreme Court. She also has experience managing Colorado and Wyoming probate proceedings involving mineral interests and other real property assets. Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Murphy practiced as an associate at a boutique natural resources law firm in Denver, as well as a commercial and natural resources firm in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Ms. Murphy received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law.
