KellyAnne Johnson Joins DGS

DENVER – APRIL 13, 2016 – KellyAnne Johnson has joined the Real Estate Group of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP as an associate. Ms. Johnson’s practice encompasses all aspects of acquiring, financing, entitling, developing, leasing, selling, and operating residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects nationwide.

Ms. Johnson has expertise representing large and small scale developers in all phases of land use applications, hearings, and appeals. She has successfully appealed to state courts for reversal of planning and zoning board decisions. These appeals allowed her clients to carry out multi-family residential and affordable housing development and redevelopment projects in many municipalities. Ms. Johnson has extensive experience closing multi-million dollar residential, commercial, and office space transactions in several states. She received her B.A. from the University of Delaware and her J.D. from the University of San Diego Law School. Ms. Johnson is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is not admitted in Colorado but her application for admission is pending.
