Maria del Rosario Oxman has joined the Real Estate Group of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP as an associate. She works with investors, developers, lenders, and allocatees in a variety of real estate and financing matters. Her team represents clients in international developments and cross-border transactions.
Ms. Oxman holds two law degrees - one from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and one from the Universidad Francisco Marroquin, where she graduated magna cum laude. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado and in Guatemala. During law school in Colorado, Ms. Oxman interned for the Colorado Supreme Court and the Office of the Colorado State Public Defenders. She is a member of the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association.
