Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Penelope A. Scudder has joined the firm’s Employment & Labor Law Group as an associate. She is currently admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania; her application for admission to practice law in Colorado is pending.
Prior to relocating to Colorado, Ms. Scudder was an associate with a New Jersey labor firm, where she represented employees and unions in employee discipline and discharge arbitrations, defended clients against harassment and discrimination claims, and counseled clients on ERISA matters. At DGS, her practice will have similar areas of emphasis.
Ms. Scudder received her J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, where she served as the managing editor of the Penn State Journal of Law and International Affairs. She also received a number of merit-based accolades: She was inducted into the Woolsack Legal Honor Society, named the recipient of the Outstanding Law Student Award from the National Association of Women Lawyers, and recognized with the Outstanding Clinical Student Award from the Clinical Legal Education Association.
Ms. Scudder looks forward to contributing to the capabilities that DGS can propose to new and existing clients.
