DGS Adds Four New Associates

Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has added four new associates who are admitted to practice law in Colorado: Grace Diamond, Katie Koehler, Nick Moskevich, and Martine Ventello. Their collective experience will further strengthen the firm’s capabilities when assisting clients with a variety of transactional and litigation matters.

Grace Diamond: Ms. Diamond, a past summer associate at DGS, will focus her practice on commercial litigation. She received her J.D. from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and her B.A. in Communication from the University of Colorado. While earning her law degree, she was an associate editor of the Corporate and Business Law Journal and was the director of fundraising for Arizona State University’s Women Law Students Association. She also externed at the Arizona Supreme Court and at Zayo Group, LLC.

Katie Koehler: A former summer associate at DGS, Ms. Koehler will focus her practice on corporate transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, public companies and capital markets, securities law, and general corporate matters. She received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and her B.B.A. and MPAcc. from The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business. During law school, Ms. Koehler interned at the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center and in the Juvenile Unit of the Colorado State Public Defender’s Office. Ms. Koehler previously worked as an external auditor with Ernst & Young and was the finance director at a local non-profit.

Nick Moskevich: Mr. Moskevich, a past summer associate at DGS, will focus his practice on commercial litigation. He received his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his B.S. in Neuroscience and Biology from Brandeis University. During law school, he was a student attorney for the University of Denver Veterans Advocacy Project. He also served as an associate editor for the Denver Law Review. Before pursuing a career as a lawyer, Mr. Moskevich was an officer with the U.S. Navy.

Martine Ventello: Ms. Ventello will focus her practice on general corporate transactional matters, as well as asset management, private equity and other alternative asset fund formation, and investment advisor compliance. She received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and her B.A. in Government & Law and History from Lafayette College. While earning her law degree, she worked as a senior compliance analyst at Resource Capital Funds and was most recently a student honors intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
