DGS Hybrid Event: Colorado's New Energy & Carbon Management Commission Webinar

Governor Polis recently signed Senate Bills 23-16 and 23-285 into law after they passed both houses in the most recent legislative session. These newly enacted statutes create authority to run a Class VI Underground Injection Control (UIC) program necessary to permit carbon sequestration wells at the state level (SB 23-16), and transform the COGCC into an Energy and Carbon Management Commission (SB 23-285), among other things. Join DGS attorneys and COGCC Chairman Jeff Robbins to discuss the impacts that these bills will have on the Commission, CCUS projects in Colorado, and the greater oil and gas community.
