Jason M. Lynch Joins DGS

DENVER - September 24, 2015 - Leading Denver business and securities litigation attorney Jason M. Lynch has joined the Trial Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP as a partner. Mr. Lynch comes from a boutique trial firm in Denver where he was a partner, and he also previously worked as an associate at Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz in New York.

"Jason is a highly-experienced litigator and is a tremendous addition to our team with his specialized experience representing financial institutions and sophisticated investors. Mr. Lynch is experienced in matters involving government and in-house investigations, officer and director fiduciary duty claims, all manner of business torts, disputes arising from private investments and the sale of companies, contract disputes and commercial arbitrations, and confidential matters requiring discrete risk assessment and resolution. Mr. Lynch is also an experienced appellate advocate and has obtained favorable decisions in state and federal appellate courts. Mr. Lynch graduated from Columbia University School of Law and earned his B.A. in political science from Columbia University. He served as law clerk to the Honorable David M. Ebel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Prior to law school, Mr. Lynch worked at Kekst and Company, which is widely regarded as the leading corporate and financial communications firm in the U.S.
