Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Jill F. Lynch has joined the firm’s Trial Group. Her practice will continue to have an emphasis on complex business matters, commercial litigation, and intellectual property litigation.
Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Lynch was of counsel in the Dallas office of a boutique commercial litigation firm. She counseled clients on mitigation of risk, viability of claims, and liability issues in significant business disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, employment matters, allegations of infringement, fraud, and negligence. Her litigation experience covers a broad range of industries, including banking and financial services, technology, energy, healthcare, telecommunications, and wireless networking. Earlier in her career, she was a principal and shareholder in the Dallas office of a national litigation and trial firm, where she was named the first woman shareholder.
Ms. Lynch received her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law and earned her B.A. in English from the University of Central Arkansas. While in law school, she was a member of the national moot court team and served as an editor of the Arkansas Law Review. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado, Texas, and Arkansas, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
