Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Ryan G. Wilcox has joined the Real Estate Group as an associate. He is currently admitted to practice law in Colorado.
Mr. Wilcox’s practice has a broad emphasis on commercial real estate transactions. He previously worked in the Colorado offices of two other firms. There, he maintained a diverse transactional real estate practice encompassing the purchase and sale of real property; office, industrial, and retail leasing; the development of office, residential, and apartment projects; creating common interest communities; corporate transactions; financing transactions on behalf of both lenders and borrowers; historic preservation easements and financing; and various real estate related litigation matters.
Mr. Wilcox received his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. During law school, he completed several externships, including at the Trust for Public Land. Mr. Wilcox also holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business.
As well as being actively involved in community organizations, including Food Bank of the Rockies and the Denver Dumb Friends League, Mr. Wilcox does extensive pro bono representation. His principal areas of focus are historic structure preservation and land conservation.
