Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Sarah E. Barr has joined the Trial Group as an associate. She is currently admitted to practice law in Colorado.
Ms. Barr’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. She was previously an associate in the Denver office of a large international law firm. There, she represented clients in a broad range of matters spanning complex commercial litigation, internal investigations, white collar defense, contract disputes, and energy regulatory and compliance law. She has experience in all aspects of litigation, including drafting motions, briefs, and discovery in the federal appellate and district courts, as well as in regulatory proceedings.
Ms. Barr received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a member of the Supreme Court Institute and served as a student criminal defense attorney with the Georgetown Criminal Justice Clinic. During law school, she was a judicial intern for the Honorable Raymond Gruender of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and then for the Honorable Randolph Moss of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. After graduating from law school, she was a law clerk for the Honorable R. Brooke Jackson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Ms. Barr also holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Missouri.
Outside her practice, Ms. Barr is actively involved in the community. She regularly volunteers with Food for Thought and coaches for the Special Olympics.
