Chad Williams

Chad Williams is co-managing partner and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. Mr. Williams practices complex civil and criminal litigation with an emphasis in business disputes, white collar criminal defense, securities litigation, and all cases earmarked for trial. In the last decade, Mr. Williams has been involved in some of the most significant civil lawsuits and white collar representations in the U.S. He regularly represents public companies and their directors and officers relative to foreign and domestic civil and criminal liability.
