DeeDee Williams works closely with the DGS leadership team to design and implement policies that support the firm’s strategic objectives, support employee development, and mitigate risk. Overseeing overall employment needs, Ms. Williams provides consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation plans, benefit packages, training and development, and performance management. Making a career change in 2007 after she relocated to Colorado, Ms. Williams has over 15 years of progressive human resources experience. She received her B.S. from the University of Houston and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM – SCP).
