DeeDee Williams works closely with the DGS leadership team to design and implement policies that support the firm’s strategic objectives, support employee development, and mitigate risk. As Chief Administrative Officer, Ms. Williams is responsible for overseeing firm’s daily general administrative operations including human resources, firm hospitality, facilities, and administrative support functions. Ms. Williams provides consultation to firm management on strategic staffing plans, policies, compensation plans, benefit packages, training and development, and general administrative operations. Making a career change in 2007 after she relocated to Colorado, Ms. Williams has over 15 years of progressive human resources experience. She is a former board member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and remains an active member. She received her B.S. from the University of Houston and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM – SCP).
