Chelsea Reinhard

Chelsea Reinhard is an associate in the Property Rights Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Ms. Reinhard has experience in all stages of litigation and across diverse real property issues.

Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Reinhard was a litigation associate in the Denver office of a regional law firm. Ms. Reinhard utilized her real estate and construction experience to represent owners, architects, contractors, and subcontractors in multi-million-dollar commercial, multi-family, and high-end residential disputes. Detail-oriented, Ms. Reinhard values deep substantive and fact analysis and client communication to develop and implement creative solutions.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Reinhard served as a law clerk for the Colorado Supreme Court and a boutique law firm. While there, she researched diverse legal issues and recommended the grant or denial of writs of certiorari. She also wrote memoranda, motions, and briefs on a broad range of matters for the trial and appellate courts. Leveraging her previous experience as a journalist and English instructor in Germany, Ms. Reinhard harmonizes these skills to provide clear and effective communication to clients, adversaries, and the courts.

Ms. Reinhard received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and earned her B.A. in Journalism with a minor in German from Angelo State University.
