Mr. Roche is an associate in the Finance
& Acquisitions Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. His practice focuses on corporate and business law including mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate matters.
He is a
graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law. While in law school, Mr.
Roche served as an associate editor of the University
of Colorado Law Review and participated as a student attorney
with the University of Colorado Entrepreneurial Law Clinic. Through the
Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, he represented early stage companies and
entrepreneurs with issues including entity formation, founders’ agreements,
commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, employment law compliance and other
general business law issues. Additionally, while in law school, Mr. Roche
assisted local nonprofit corporations with formation and compliance issues. He
previously worked at DGS as a summer associate and for the Honorable John T.
Folkes Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee as
a judicial intern.
