Erin Gust

Associate

Erin Gust is an associate in the Trial Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Ms. Gust received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, including a Constitutional Rights and Remedies Certificate, and earned her B.S. in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin.

During law school, Ms. Gust earned several merit-based scholarships and awards and was a member of the Minoru Yasui Inn of Court and the Colorado Women’s Bar Association. She also served as the marketing director for the Federalist Society, as a student attorney for the Civil Litigation Clinic, and as a research assistant for Professor Arthur Best. Ms. Gust completed judicial clerkships with the Honorable Timothy M. Tymkovich of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the Honorable Daniel D. Domenico of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gust interned at the Innocence Project of Texas and, most recently, was a summer associate in the DGS Trial Group, where she researched and analyzed a variety of matters, including patent, agency, property, and contract law.
