Glen Keller came to Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP in 1982 after serving eight years as U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Colorado. During that tenure, he served under special assignment from the Chief Judge of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in the Districts of New Mexico and Utah. Prior to his judicial service, Mr. Keller was an assistant attorney general for the state of Colorado in the fields of banking and savings and loan law from 1973 to 1974.
Mr. Keller has been appointed a Chapter 11 Examiner by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona and has twice been appointed a Settlement Mediator by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico.
Mr. Keller is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and has taught there each year since 1976. He serves as a member of the Executive Committee and is past president of the Colorado Lawyer’s Committee, an organization devoted to large pro bono cases seeking systemic reform. He has been twice honored by the Colorado Lawyer’s Committee. He has been listed among the Best Lawyers in America® since 1987 and has been selected for inclusion in Colorado Super Lawyers since 2008.
