Habib Nasrullah is a partner at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP and a member of the firm’s Trial Department. After serving as a former Assistant U.S. Attorney and as a private practitioner, he draws on his combined experience to help clients resolve significant investigation, litigation, and enforcement challenges.
Mr. Nasrullah represents clients facing white-collar crime charges and investigations and serves as trial counsel on commercial, mass tort, and complex product liability lawsuits, including multidistrict litigation, to Fortune 100 and other leading company clients. He conducts internal investigations in the U.S. and internationally and counsels individual and corporate clients on a variety of federal and state compliance issues in the health care, technology, aviation, and financial institution sectors.
Mr. Nasrullah has substantial experience in federal and state courts across the U.S. He is admitted to practice in Colorado, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, and before numerous federal courts.
Mr. Nasrullah is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and serves as Vice-Chair of the College’s Federal Rules of Evidence Committee. He is a founder of and advisor to the Colorado Association of Leaders in Educational Technology, and is a member of the Defense Research Institute, International Association of Defense Counsel, and the International Bar Association.
Mr. Nasrullah received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and B.A. in International Relations, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Southern California.
