Jessica K. Fredrickson
Jessica Fredrickson is an associate in the Natural Resources Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Her practice focuses primarily on assisting with oil and gas upstream asset sales, involving purchase and sale agreements, exchange agreements, participation agreements, and joint development agreements. She also has a wide range of experience in preparing title opinions covering private, state, and federal lands and responding to title related questions. Her experience in assisting with upstream oil and gas asset sales and preparing title opinions has furnished her with extensive experience in drafting various agreements associated with upstream oil and gas matters, including oil and gas leases, mineral deeds, and surface use agreements.
Ms. Fredrickson is a graduate of Kansas State University, where she majored in political science and minored in English. In 2017, she graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Fredrickson clerked for the Western District of Oklahoma in the Civil Division and worked at Kissinger & Fellman, P.C. She was also a research assistant for associate professor of Oil & Gas, Monika Ehrman.
Ms. Fredrickson is a member of the Women’s Energy Network, the Denver Petroleum Club, and the Denver Association of Petroleum Landmen.
