Kevin Chen is an associate in the Trial Department at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP.
Prior to joining DGS, Mr. Chen served as a law clerk to Justice Nathan Coats and Justice Monica Márquez of the Colorado Supreme Court. He was also an associate at the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP, where he specialized in securities and class action litigation.
Mr. Chen received his J.D. from Yale Law School in 2013. While in law school, he represented low-income tenants through the school’s Housing Clinic, participated in the moot court program, and interned for the Honorable Dalveer Bhandari of the Supreme Court of India. Mr. Chen earned his B.A., with highest honors, in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2010.
Mr. Chen is a member of the Rose Andom Center Young Professionals Council. He previously served on the board of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Colorado and as treasurer of the Justice Sonia Sotomayor Inn of Court. Mr. Chen is a participant in the 2020 Colorado Bar Association Leadership Training (COBALT) program.
