Lauren Gulley

Lauren Gulley is a senior associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where her practice encompasses a variety of commercial real estate matters. Prior to joining the DGS Real Estate Group, she practiced at two South Carolina real estate law firms. There, she worked primarily on commercial real estate development and financing transactions throughout the southeast region.

Ms. Gulley has extensive experience in advising real estate developers, investors, lenders, purchasers, and sellers with regard to commercial financing, land use and development, planned unit developments, construction, real estate title insurance, and all aspects of structuring commercial loan and business transactions. She also works with both commercial landlords and tenants in the drafting and negotiation of leases for a variety of commercial properties.

Ms. Gulley received her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from The University of the South (Sewanee). She previously served as the President of Commercial Real Estate Women’s local Charleston chapter and is an active member of the South Carolina Women Lawyers’ Association. Ms. Gulley is a member the Colorado Women’s Bar Association. She has been invited to the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce Mentor Program for 2023.
