Richard F. Lee
Rick Lee is an associate in the Trial Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. His practice focuses primarily on labor and employment law. Mr. Lee currently serves on the junior board for the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center.
Before joining DGS, Mr. Lee served as a law clerk to Justice Nathan B. Coats of the Colorado Supreme Court and to the Honorable Ann B. Frick of the Second Judicial District in Denver, Colorado.
Mr. Lee received his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as an associate editor of the University of Colorado Law Review. During law school, Mr. Lee interned at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and for then Chief Judge Wiley Y. Daniel of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. As a member of the University of Colorado Law Review, Mr. Lee received the Courtland H. Peterson Writing Award for most outstanding student casenote or comment.
